Everything is better connected.

Departments are necessary, divisions are death.

MISSING LINK was founded on the notion that success is found in the gaps of your day-to-day. Today, we help companies unlock value and drive growth at scale by identifying and aligning the cross-functional aspects of their business.

Below are some of our founding principles, and how we think about everything we do.

  • Especially repetitive ones. When the river runs dry, check for a dam.

  • If the devil’s in the details, then God is in the big picture.

  • When you're creating something, make sure it's something the next person can make the most of.

  • Metrics are good, business outcomes results are even better. Make sure you're measuring what matters.

  • Success isn’t an act, it’s a habit. And habits love routine. So codify as you go and don't solve the same problems more than once.

  • Strategy is decisions, success is sticking to them. Don’t think you’ll clean up today tomorrow.

  • It's a balancing act of always moving forward but charting the right destination and path to get there. Too much of one or the other gets you nowhere.

  • Build on great

  • Don't take on the whole thing, sequence the pieces. The order you do things informs what you end up getting. For better or worse.

  • Einstein probably already said it best "If you can't explain it to a six year old, you don't understand it yourself."

The next move is always the most important. Let’s connect.
